Arkoma Ch. 2: Can't see the sky
Ceras stared vacantly at her lesson. She tapped her pencil, blew at a fly on her desk, endlessly reread her worksheet. Now, she decided, was not the time for schoolwork.

More and more it seemed that it wasn't the time for schoolwork. She was almost a month behind in her lessons. Her father questioned why he was paying so much for a tutor for a daughter who refused to work. Ceras tried to explain that it wasn't that she didn't want to learn, she was just... distracted. By pencils, and flies, and words. And the sky.

She had a recurring dream of nothing but sky, sky and ground. No fog, no buildings, or even other people. Just her and the sky,
